Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Note that some products are not eligible for return. You can find out if a product is eligible for return by reviewing the product description on the respective product page, your order confirmation email or the order details page in the “Orders” section of your online Crafts Odisha(www.craftsodisha.com) account. Products marked “final sale” are not eligible for return.

In the event that we issue a refund, we will credit the payment method you used to purchase the product, but note that we will not refund the original shipping fees. We may also charge return shipping and restocking fees, unless you opt to receive store credit in lieu of a refund.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We will not refund on following conditions:-
  1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or payment method you used to purchase the product, within 10-15 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@craftsodisha.com  

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@craftsodisha.com and send your item to: Plot No-1, PKRIT Square, Central School Road, Puri, Odisha Pin-752002.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Plot No-1, PKRIT Square, Central School Road, Puri, Odisha Pin-752002.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Payment: CRAFTS ODISHA accepts Visa, MasterCard and credit cards. For online payment we have integrated payment gateways of PayuMoney, Rozorpay. We also accept personal cheques. Payments must first clear before sculptures are shipped.

Returns: CRAFTS ODISHA will accept returns on any purchases within 30 days for money back, exchange, or credit. No questions asked! Shipping charges are refunded on returns that are the fault of CRAFTS ODISHA, or if there is the unlikely event of damage during shipping. CRAFTS ODISHA does not refund shipping charges if the customer simply does not like the statue. A 3% service charge is applied to returns. The return fee and shipping charges are waived if CRAFTS ODISHA or the shipping company is at fault. If the customer is returning the sculpture, it must be sent back fully insured and postage paid to CRAFTS ODISHA, Plot No-1, PKRIT Square, Central School Road. Please contact us at 7504197860 or support@craftsodisha.com before returning the statue.  Only after the return is received and the statue is in good condition will the refund be issued.  For all statues being returned by freight the customer is responsible for the crating of the sculpture.  The same rules apply to crated returns; if the customer simply does not like the statue then the customer must pay the shipping to and the return fees.  If there is something wrong with the sculpture then CRAFTS ODISHA pays the return shipping fee.

Purchase Orders: In order for a sculpture to be shipped out we must be paid in full. We do not ship using only a purchase order unless previous arrangements have been made.

Sales and Coupons: CRAFTS ODISHA can only honor one coupon at a time. During a storewide sale a customer can use one coupon for a further discount. Two coupons cannot be used for the same order.

Reserving a Sculpture: All of our sculptures are one of kind pieces. Once a piece is sold it is usually gone forever. If you are interested in buying a piece but do not want someone else to buy it while you thinking about the purchase, you can reserve the piece for up to 2 weeks. Layaway: We do accept layaway orders. We are very flexible and allow the statue to be paid off as the customers’ budget allows in weekly, biweekly, or monthly payments.
