We have 2 options for payment. You can pay through credit card/debit card/net banking using following options. a. Razorpay b. Paytm
Cash on delivery (COD) – Currently we are not providing cash on delivery (COD).
Packing, Despatching & Shipping
Currently we ship only in India.
We take 2-3 working days for packing & despatching of the small items. For large & heavy weight items or the items which are required to be packing using wooden crate, we take 3-5 working days for packing & despatch.
Currently we ship the orders/items through IndiaPost. For heavy weight or large items we ship through Safexpress. If you want us to send through any specific courier service, then please call us at m- +91-8249781529. We will surely try to send as per your preferred courier service ( if they are providing services in our office location/city).
For custom orders: Time for packing, despatching & shipping will be count after completion of statue/items, you have placed your order for.
Delivery: Delivery time usually takes 5-10 days after we despatch. If any delay causes by transport service provider please contact us at m- +91-8249781529 / +91-7504197860. We will surely coordinate with transport service provider to solve your issues.
We accept returns on any product as long as the products are unused, unwashed and resalable condition. Simply send it back within 15 days of when it is delivered to you.
You will receive an email confirming that your return has been received.
For all refund you will get credit boucher/s which will be valid forever.
If there is unlikely event of damage during shipping or if it is the fault of Crafts Odisha then we will refund the whole amount.
Crafts Odisha does not refund shipping charges if the customer simply does not like the product. Service charge is applied to returns.

It will take 15 to 25 working days for you to receive a store credit or replacement.
Reverse pickup: Currently we do not have reverse pickup option. You will need to courier the product back to us and send us the proof of the courier charges. We will refund you the same amount in form of store credit.
Our limited inventory makes exchanges difficult. If any item is no longer on our site or sold out, its unfortunately no longer available. Simply shoot a mail to tell us what happened. We will contact you to resolve the issue within one working day.
