Domestic Orders:
Order Processing Time
Domestic Orders: All Orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. For Bigger statues (above 5 ft) or Bigger Soapstone Sculpture (above 2 ft) we may take additional 2-4 days for packing and dispatch the statue.
International Orders: Order processing time for International orders usually 5-7 business days. For stone statues and sculptures order
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone or WhatsApp.
Delivery Timeline
Domestic order: Our usual delivery timeline is 7 to 15 days from the order date.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders or for bigger statue, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Shipping Rates
Some of our products are eligible for free shipping and some have additional shipping charges. Please find shipping rates mentioned in each product page. Shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout for all domestic orders.
Packaging
We take utmost care in shipping and packing each product. It is extremely important to us that each product arrives safely and undamaged. We use best corrugated box and bubble wrap to ensure that all our pieces arrive undamaged.
For bigger stone statues we use wooden crate for safe and secure packaging.
International Orders:
- Order processing time for International orders usually 5-7 business days.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders or for stone/wood statue order, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone or WhatsApp.
- Shipping rates vary for each product due to the design and weight of the specific statue. Shipping rates are not automatically calculated during checkout. Please email us at sales@craftsodisha.com or call us at +91-8249781529 for a shipping quotation. Please include the item number or product link of the statue you are interested in purchasing as well as your complete shipping address with postal code.
- For Bigger statue / heavy weight statue that require shipment through sea freight, please also send nearest port along with the above information. We pass on the exact shipping charges to you that we are charged by the shipping company along with additional cost (if any) required for documentation from Government of India.
- Custom and Duties :- There may be duties or taxes importing a Statue/product from CRAFTS ODISHA HUB into your country. Please check with your government to determine the duties as they vary from country to country. The customer is responsible for whatever duties that apply to the statue/product and such duties will be paid by the Customer only. CRAFTS ODISHA is not responsible for any delays that occur because of a country’s customs laws.
Tracking ID
Once product / statue get despatched from our end by shipping company, a Tracking ID or number will be sent to your email or WhatsApp.
